SIGNALING ASSEMBLY FOR CORRESPONDING LEAF, DOOR AND TRANSPORT VEHICLE
Technical field of the invention
The present invention relates to the field of access doors to a transport vehicle. These access doors can firstly designate doors belonging to transport vehicles, in particular of the train, tram, metro, trolleybus or bus type. Within the meaning of the invention, these access doors also designate so-called landing doors, also called quay facades.
The invention relates more specifically to a leaf belonging to such an access door, which comprises means making it possible to signal, for the attention of travelers, information relating to the state of opening and / or closing of this door. . The invention relates in particular to a sliding door leaf, but also finds its application to other types of leaves, in particular those equipping sliding sliding door type. The invention relates to doors which can be fitted with either a single leaf or two leaves.
State of the art
When a transport vehicle is stopped, its doors open and then close so that passengers can get in and out of it. If the platform is equipped with landing doors, these are also subject to openings and closings. During these operations, incidents are likely to occur. These include the possibility of a passenger, object or animal being trapped, or a technical problem preventing the normal movement of this door.
It is understood that these incidents are detrimental to normal vehicle service, for several reasons. Thus, they are likely to damage objects trapped by the door. Furthermore, more critically, they can cause injury to travelers, resulting in the liability of the transport company. Finally, these incidents are likely to cause a significant delay of the vehicle.
In order to avoid as far as possible this type of incident, it has been proposed to equip the doors with light signaling means. Typically, these are intended to provide passengers with information relating to the opening status of the door. It can in particular be indicated if the door is being closed, being opened, or if it is locked. In this way, the safety of travelers is preserved, while reducing the risk of vehicle delay.
Constructively, a solution is first known which consists in placing these signaling means on the door operating elements, such as their push button. This first solution however has certain drawbacks. Indeed, the illuminated surface is relatively small, which makes the information difficult for users to perceive.
It has also been proposed to use light-emitting diodes (or LEDs), also known by the abbreviation LED (Light Emitting Diode). A first solution, known from the document Knorr Bremse WO 2011/138292, provides for fixing these diodes directly on the external face of the door leaf. However, the information delivered by its diodes is then substantially invisible from the inside, when the door is open. In addition, this solution involves a significant modification of the leaf structure, so that it cannot be applied in a simple way on existing vehicles.
In general, the mounting of a snap-on seal on a door leaf for access to a transport vehicle is detrimental to the physical integrity of the operators. Thus, since this snap must resist vandalism, it must be carried out with a tight fit. In practice, this requires inserting the joint by hitting it with a mallet, which generates musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), such as tendonitis, in operators.
In view of the above, an objective of the present invention is to remedy, at least partially, the drawbacks of the prior art mentioned above.
Another objective of the invention is to produce light signaling of satisfactory intensity, first of all so that it is easily visible by the users, whether the latter are inside or outside the vehicle.
Another objective of the invention is to produce a light signal which can be perceived in a satisfactory manner by the users in all the conditions of exposure, in particular when the door is outside, in particular in full sun.
Another object of the invention is to provide a light signaling assembly which can be conveniently mounted on the leaf, in particular with relatively little physical effort.
Another objective of the invention is to provide such a signaling assembly which can be reliably maintained on a door leaf, even in the event of acts of vandalism.
Another objective of the invention is to propose such a signaling assembly, the maintenance of which is easier compared to the prior art.
Another objective of the invention is to propose such a signaling assembly, the mechanical structure of which is relatively simple.

Detailed description of the invention
Figure 1 attached illustrates a door, designated as a whole by the reference 50, which equips a transport vehicle. This door usually comprises an opening formed by two leaves 60 and 70, as well as a frame 80 shown diagrammatically, which is arranged at the periphery of a bay 90 formed in the body of this vehicle. This door can be provided with two leaves as in the example illustrated, but also with a single leaf.
In the example illustrated, the door is fitted to a metro-type train. The invention however finds its application to doors intended to equip other transport vehicles such as in particular trams, trolleybuses, or even trains different from that mentioned above. In what follows, it is assumed that the leaves are vertical, in particular with reference to FIG. 1. Furthermore, the terms “interior” and “exterior” are used with reference to the body of this transport vehicle.
Each leaf 60, 70 comprises, in known manner, a central body 62, 72 equipped in particular with a window 63, 73 and with an operating member 64, 74, for example of the push button type. This body is typically formed of two opposite interior and exterior facings, as well as a core interposed between these facings. Furthermore, a frame 66, 76 extends at the outer periphery of this body. This frame includes in particular a profile, which is of a type known per se, provided on the vertical edges of the body. We will now describe the structure of the section 1 fitted to the leaf 60, it being understood that the other leaf 70 has a profile T of identical structure, illustrated very schematically in FIG. 1.
As shown in particular in Figures 2 to 4, this section 1 has a core 10, as well as two wings 11 and 12 extending parallel to the main plane P60 of the leaf. This core 10 and these two wings 11 and 12 define a housing 14 substantially U-shaped, open opposite this body. Furthermore, two edges 16 and 17 project one towards the other, from a respective wing. As we will see in what follows, these edges provide a snapping function for a joint. Finally each wing is covered, at least in part, by a respective sheet 18 and 19, forming the inner and outer walls of the leaf. In FIG. 1, a direction X1-X1 called longitudinal is defined, with reference to the main direction of the joint, and a direction Y1-Y1 called transverse, with reference to this main direction. In this FIG. 1, the directions X1-X1 and Y1-Y1 are respectively generally vertical and generally horizontal.
We will now describe, with particular reference to Figures 2 to 5, a signaling assembly according to the invention. The latter essentially includes:
- a translucent seal, designated as a whole by the reference 2
- a locking key, designated as a whole by the reference 3; and
- a lighting device fitted with light-emitting diodes, generally designated by the reference 4.
The seal 2 is made of any suitable material, allowing it to perform its main functions, namely its attachment to the profile 1, the return of the light emitted by the diodes, the water tightness and the detection of obstacles. Constructively, a translucent seal, typically made of silicone, will typically be used. Alternatively, you can choose other materials, such as flexible PVC, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), polyurethane, or any other suitable material.
This seal 2 firstly comprises a solid base 20 intended to protrude outside the housing 14, so as to constitute an illumination region of the seal. This base is extended by a hooking region 21, intended to be housed in the interior volume of the aforementioned housing. In the example illustrated, this attachment region is an elastic locking region. This region 21 has two L-shaped legs 22 and 23 which include mutually parallel intermediate legs 22 ’and 23’, as well as end legs 22 ”and 23” projecting towards each other. The latter are extended by ribs 24 and 25, protruding opposite one another.
These ribs define, with the aforementioned tabs, attachment channels 26 and 27 intended to cooperate with the edges 16 and 17 of the profile. The base 20 and the attachment region 21 delimits an intermediate volume 28, bordered by walls 20 'and 21' belonging respectively to this base 20 and this attachment region 21. This intermediate volume, which is intended for reception of the key 3, is open opposite the base 20 so as to form a deformation space 29. The seal 2 extends over at least a substantial part of the height of the leaf and, preferably, over substantially all of this height. The intermediate volume 28 opens out at least at one longitudinal end of the joint, in particular at its upper end. Preferably, this volume 28 occupies the entire joint, so that it opens at the two longitudinal ends of the latter.
The key 3 firstly comprises a foot 30, intended to be received in the volume 28. This foot is provided with two lugs 31 and 32, cooperating with the facing faces of the two legs 22 and 23. This foot is extended by a rod 34, extending inside the deformation space 29 along the main plane P60. This rod is terminated by a domed head 35, the concavity of which faces the foot 30. The head 35 has a peripheral periphery 36, capable of coming to bear against the edges of the profile.
This key 3 is made of a material which gives it sufficient mechanical strength to block the seal 2, against efforts to extract the latter from the housing 14 of the profile 1. The material of the key is also suitable , to allow the latter to provide a support function for the lighting device which will be described below. With this in mind, it is possible in particular to choose a key made of a plastic material, which can be adapted to all types of leaves, in particular curved leaves.
This key can also be made of a material providing an additional function of heat dissipation of the heat generated in service by the lighting member. In this regard, we can choose a key made of aluminum or a similar material. It should be noted, however, that this type of material is less well suited than a plastic material, for curved leaves.
The key 3 extends over at least a substantial part of the height of the joint 2 and, preferably, over substantially this entire height. However, it should be avoided that this key 3 protrudes longitudinally relative to the joint 2, once the signaling assembly according to the invention mounted on the leaf 60. Indeed, such a longitudinal protrusion of the key would be likely to interfere with the proper functioning of the leaf. An immobilization means is therefore advantageously provided which prevents this key from being able to slide longitudinally, outside the interior volume of the joint.
For this purpose, one or more immobilization means can be used, alone or in combination. Preferably, these immobilization means are removable or reversible means, namely that they can be disassembled without risk of damaging the key or the seal. For example, a plug can be attached to each end of the joint, thus obstructing the outlet of the interior volume 28. One can also stick the key against the internal wall of the interior volume 28, for example using a thick flexible adhesive of polyurethane type. One can also set up an axis in the horizontal plane, preventing the translation of the key along the vertical axis: this axis can in particular be a pin or a screw. One can also install a screw, not shown, connecting the gasket to the key; this screw can for example be self-tapping in the material of the key.
Finally, the lighting member 4 firstly comprises an elongated body 40, forming a support. This body is made of a material which gives it sufficient mechanical strength, so that it can be fixed against the key. Typically, this body is formed by a PCB (Printed Circuit Board, or Printed Circuit), of a type known per se. This body 40 is equipped with a plurality of lighting elements, which are light-emitting diodes 42 in the example illustrated. The number of these diodes, which are of a type known per se, is for example between 20 and 600. These diodes are controlled in a conventional manner, by means of control means, not shown, of a type known per se. As shown in particular in FIG. 4, the diodes 42 are arranged in the vicinity of the lighting region 20, while being turned towards the facing wall 20 ′ belonging to the latter.
The lighting member 4 extends over at least a substantial part of the height of the key 3 and, preferably, over substantially all of this height. This member 4 is mounted on the key 3 thanks to fixing means, which can be used alone or in mutual combination.
In the example of FIG. 5, two orifices 44 are provided at the opposite ends of the body 40, so as to allow this body to be screwed onto the foot 30 of the key 3. As a variant not shown, it is also possible to provide that the body 40 is glued against the opposite face of this foot 30.
Figure 6 illustrates an additional variant, in which the foot 30 is extended by two flanges 38, which define a slide 39. The latter allows a longitudinal insertion of the lighting member 4, while ensuring its retention in a transverse direction
The mounting of the seal 2 and of the key 3, on the profile 1, will now be described. In theory we can introduce the seal 2 in the profile 1 in a longitudinal direction, namely parallel to that X1-X1 of Figure 1. However, this solution is not preferred because it does not offer satisfactory mounting convenience . Preferably, with reference to FIG. 2, the joint 2 is first moved in the direction of the profile, according to the arrow F2 corresponding to a transverse direction parallel to the direction Y1-Y1 of FIG. 1.
When the seal comes into contact with the edges 16 and 17, the tabs 22 and 23 approach each other according to the arrows F22 and F23. In this way, these legs progress towards the bottom of the housing, then move away from each other again due to their elastic nature according to arrows F’22 and F’23 (see FIG. 3). In this configuration, the edges 16 and 17 penetrate into the channels 26 and 27. It will however be noted that, at this stage, the tabs do not offer sufficient mechanical strength to prevent the seal from being torn off, in the direction F2. In this regard, this low mechanical strength of the tabs allows easy movement of the joint between the configurations of Figures 2 and 3, without substantial physical effort for the operator.
Once the seal 2 is secured to the profile 1 in the substantially final position that it must adopt, we introduce into the interior volume 28 of this seal, the locking key 3 and the lighting member 4 which is mounted on the latter. This introduction is typically carried out longitudinally, namely in the direction X1-X1 of FIG. 1. When the key 3 is in the desired position, it is immobilized advantageously with respect to the joint, using the immobilization means described above.
The functional configuration of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention, is illustrated in FIG. 4. The latter shows that the different diodes 42 are placed as close as possible to the light region of the seal, which gives great visibility to information sent to travelers. In this regard, this light region 20 and the profile 1 are shown in FIG. 1, just like the light region 20a and the profile T associated with the other leaf 70.
In this functional configuration, the presence of the key 3 also gives the seal 2 a high resistance, with respect to a tearing in the transverse direction Y1-Y1. Indeed, the periphery 36 of the head of this key 3 comes into direct contact against the edges 16 and 17, so as to oppose such a tearing. Furthermore, the walls opposite the foot 30 and the interior volume 28 of the joint delimit mutual contact areas with a large surface area, which provide additional resistance against such a tearing.
If one wishes to separate the signaling assembly in accordance with the invention, with respect to the joint 2, one first removes the means allowing the immobilization of the key with respect to this joint. Then, this key is removed in the longitudinal direction X1-X1. Finally, the seal 2 is extracted from the housing defined by the profile 1. In theory, this operation can be carried out in the longitudinal direction. However, preferably, a transverse force is exerted on the joint according to arrow F'2 in FIG. 4, opposite to that materialized by arrow F2 in FIG. 2. Given their low mechanical resistance, as mentioned above , the legs of the joint do not oppose such an action. The latter can therefore be implemented by the user quickly and easily, without exerting a high intensity physical effort.
FIG. 7 illustrates a first variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 7, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned the same reference numbers there, increased by 100. The signaling assembly of this FIG. 7 differs essentially from that of FIGS. 2 to 4, in that that the rod 134 of the key 103 is hollowed out with a central notch 134 '. This allows to maintain an almost constant thickness, to avoid problems of shrinkage. Furthermore, this key is of massive shape, which is an advantage for heat dissipation, if this key is made of a material such as aluminum.
FIG. 8 illustrates a second variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 8, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned the same reference numbers there, increased by 200. The signaling assembly of this FIG. 8 essentially differs from that of FIGS. 2 to 4, in that that the legs 222 and 223 are devoid of ribs, such as those 24 and 25 of the first embodiment. Under these conditions, the hooking part is not snapped onto the edges 216 and 217, but simply adjusted by wedging between them. The fixing of the joint is ensured by the key 203, in particular its lugs 231 and 232 and its head 235 which covers the aforementioned tabs 222 and 223, while coming into abutment against the edges 216 and 217. This embodiment is very particularly well suited to reduced dimensions.
FIG. 9 illustrates a third variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 9, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned the same reference numbers there, increased by 300. The signaling assembly of this FIG. 9 essentially differs from that of FIGS. 2 to 4, in that that the leaf 360 has a smaller thickness, typically around 25 millimeters. It is noted that the light region 320 is extended by two tongues 320a and 320b, which cover the free edges of the profile 301 opposite the legs 322 and 323.
FIG. 10 illustrates a fourth variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 10, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned the same reference numbers, increased by 400. The signaling assembly of this FIG. 10 essentially differs from that of FIGS. 2 to 4, in that that the core 410 of the profile 401 is provided with a cover 410 ', delimiting a space 414' or secondary housing. The latter communicates with the main housing 414 through an opening 410 "in the cover, through which the rod 434 of the key 403 penetrates, so that the head 435 of the key can be received in the secondary space 414". In the event of a tensile force undergone by the seal, the head 435 of the key 403 abuts against the internal faces opposite the cover 410 ’, so that the key opposes the tearing of this seal.
FIG. 11 illustrates a fifth variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 11, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned to them the same reference numbers, increased by 500. The signaling assembly of this FIG. 11 essentially differs from that of the previous figures, in that the intermediate volume 528 of the seal 502 is closed in transverse view. Under these conditions, the key 503 is entirely housed in this volume 528, without protruding outside the latter. Furthermore, this key has no head. On the other hand, the free end 534 ’of its rod 534 is flared so as to avoid any collapse of the seal 502, at its region in contact with the edges 516 and 517.
FIG. 12 illustrates a sixth variant of the signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention. In this FIG. 12, the mechanical elements similar to those of FIGS. 2 to 4 are assigned the same reference numbers there, increased by 600. Just like the key 503 of the embodiment of FIG. 11, the key 603 of this embodiment achievement is devoid of head. Furthermore, the free end 634 ′ of the rod 634 is flared so as to avoid any collapse of the seal 602, at its region in contact with the edges 616 and 617. On the other hand, the intermediate volume 628 of the seal 602 is open in transverse view, so that this free end protrudes slightly outside this volume 628.
Furthermore, the wall 620 ’of the base 620, bordering the intermediate volume 628, is curved. In other words, the distance between this wall and the lighting elements 642 decreases, from the central region of this wall towards its lateral zones. This makes it possible to distribute the shocks exerted, according to the main plane P660 of the leaf, in the direction of the abovementioned lateral zones, as shown by the arrows F620. In this way, the lighting elements 642 are significantly protected against such shocks. As a variant, this wall 620 ’can have any shape equivalent to a curved shape, in particular an arcuate shape as in FIG. 9, or even a point shape.
The signaling assembly, in accordance with the invention, has many advantages compared to the prior art.
First of all, the invention makes it possible to generate a light intensity, in the region of the joint to be lit, which is much higher than in known solutions. In particular, this light intensity guarantees a satisfactory perception for the users, even when the aforementioned joint is exposed to natural light, in particular to the sun. Indeed, according to the invention, the lighting means are housed in an interior volume formed in the joint, as close as possible to the light region of the latter. Consequently, the distance separating these lighting means and this light region is reduced. Advantageously, no mechanical element capable of interfering with the light emitted by the lighting means is interposed between these lighting means and this light region.
Furthermore, the invention makes it possible to facilitate the mounting of the lighting means, with regard to known solutions. Indeed, these lighting means can be fixed directly on the locking key, before the insertion of the latter into the interior volume of the joint. The invention therefore makes it possible to get rid of possible accessibility problems, linked to lighting means which would be mounted at the bottom of the housing of the profile. It will be noted that, according to the invention, this accessibility is not impacted in the case where the aforementioned housing receives equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the leaf, such as cables or a linkage. The prior fixing of these lighting means on the key also reduces the risk of deterioration during assembly.
In addition, the invention guarantees maintenance of the lighting means which is particularly convenient. Indeed, according to the invention, the lighting means can be changed by a simple extraction of the locking key, in a longitudinal direction. Consequently, the invention does not require the entire joint to be separated from the housing of the profile.
In addition, the invention allows easy mounting of the seal in its housing, while ensuring reliable retention in place. Thus, as seen above, the attachment of the seal to the profile can be achieved without significant physical effort on the part of the operator. Furthermore, the presence of the locking key allows safe mounting, in particular against transverse extraction of this seal.
In this regard, it will be noted that the presence of the head 36, forming a so-called abutment region of the key, is very particularly advantageous. Indeed, it offers a particularly reliable resistance against the tearing forces of the joint. The invention also finds its application to a sealing assembly, which is devoid of lighting means, which assembly comprises a seal and a locking key incorporating such a stop region.
Finally, according to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the lighting member is integrated into the overall volume, formed by the leaf and the joint associated with it. In FIG. 2, this volume is bordered by the wings 11 and 12 of the profile 1, as well as by the respectively inner and outer faces of the base 20. In other words, this lighting member does not protrude laterally , relative to the edges of this leaf and of this joint. This protects the lighting element from shocks, exerted on an axis perpendicular to the main plane of the leaf. In this regard, it will be recalled that the solution proposed by WO 2011/138292 is not satisfactory on this aspect, since it plans to place this luminous member applied on the leaf.
